Recruiting Coordinator

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. What You'll Do:

Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every candidate.
Manage our applicant tracking system (ATS), keeping candidate information accurate and up-to-date.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, handling all the logistics to ensure a seamless process.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and answering their questions.
Help post job descriptions across various platforms, including our website, job boards, and social media, to attract a diverse pool of talent.
Provide administrative support to the recruiting team, including calendar management and assisting with new-hire onboarding tasks.

What You'll Bring:

A strong foundation in organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Previous experience or an internship in human resources or a recruiting-related role.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
