We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. What You'll Do:
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every candidate.
  • Manage our applicant tracking system (ATS), keeping candidate information accurate and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, handling all the logistics to ensure a seamless process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and answering their questions.
  • Help post job descriptions across various platforms, including our website, job boards, and social media, to attract a diverse pool of talent.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruiting team, including calendar management and assisting with new-hire onboarding tasks.
What You'll Bring:
  • A strong foundation in organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Previous experience or an internship in human resources or a recruiting-related role.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
