Recruitment Adviser at NV Energy – Las Vegas, Nevada

Basic Purpose Administers the company’s recruitment and selection programs for internal and external candidates including pre-employment activities, on-boarding, apprenticeships and related programs. Develops relationships with hiring managers and facilitates the entire recruitment and selection process from beginning to end, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, new hire processing and on-boarding. Implements programs and initiatives that address the Company’s strategic staffing needs.
