This full-time, remote role is responsible for ensuring that all employee certifications, licenses, and requirements are kept up to date. This full-time, remote role is responsible for ensuring that all employee certifications, licenses, and requirements are kept up to date. The HR Coordinator will assist multiple office locations by managing employee files, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and properly filed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all employee certifications and licenses are kept up to date in accordance with state and company regulations.
- Maintain and update employee files, ensuring all required documents are properly organized and stored.
- Work with multiple office locations to help keep employee records accurate and compliant.
- Communicate with staff and managers to track certifications and document expiry dates.
- Assist in managing and maintaining HR software to ensure proper documentation and reporting.
- Provide support to employees and leadership regarding HR-related queries or documentation needs.
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee records and information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in human resources or administrative roles, preferably in healthcare or home health.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with staff across multiple locations.
- Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
