HR Generalist/Recruiter at Siegfried Rivera PA – Coral Gables, Florida

Siegfried Rivera, P.A. has an opening for a highly motivated and versatile HR Generalist & Recruiter to join the team. This is a full-time onsite role in Coral Gables, FL. The ideal candidate will manage the onboarding and recruitment processes of the Human Resources department, and assist with the benefits administration, compliance, and policy implementation. This role partners with leadership and team members to promote a positive workplace culture and support the organization's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Manage full cycle recruiting across departments, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers for the law firm.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and streamline the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate and manage onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• HR Operations & Compliance:
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR systems.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and the employee handbook.
• Employee Relations & Culture:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
• Benefits & Payroll Support:
  • Support with employee benefits including enrollment, changes, and open enrollment processes.
  • Liaise with payroll providers and assist in processing employee changes, including timecards and attendance tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including recruitment experience with law firms (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ADP HRIS systems.
