The Entrance Screener implements assigned protocols to ensure that patients, visitors, vendors and others coming to Cass Health meet established standards.

Participates as a member of a supportive and collaborative team.

Follows current personal protective equipment protocols.

Ensures the highest level of customer service in all interactions.

Communicates concerns and/or issues that arise in a timely manner to the appropriate person.

Implement Valet Service for patients and visitors in an effort to provide a superior experience.

Evaluate ambulation needs of patients and visitors and offer assistance with assigned scope, securing additional assistance from other appropriate CCHS staff as necessary.

Performs all other duties as assigned.
