Spa Concierge at The Elms Hotel & Spa – Excelsior Springs, Missouri

The Elms Hotel & Spa is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Spa Concierge to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist in delivering a luxurious and seamless spa experience by supporting the spa team and ensuring the spa environment is guest-ready. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the spa’s treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and common spaces are always clean, organized, and inviting
• Prepare treatment rooms by setting up linens, products, and equipment prior to appointments
• Maintain and monitor inventory levels of spa products and supplies, ensuring everything is stocked and ready for use
• Assist with special guest requests, ensuring personalized service and attention to detail
• Work with the spa team to ensure smooth operations and support therapists and other staff members
• Handle general administrative tasks, including updating guest profiles and assisting with guest feedback
• Monitor the spa’s ambiance and environment, ensuring a peaceful and serene atmosphere at all times
• Assist with the smooth flow of appointments and guest transitions between treatments
• Ensure the spa remains in pristine condition throughout shifts and at the end of each day

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, ideally in a spa or wellness setting
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on maintaining a clean and organized environment
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in ensuring the spa is always guest-ready
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a professional, friendly demeanor
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
