Position Summary
- The Entrance Screener implements assigned protocols to ensure that patients, visitors, vendors and others coming to Cass Health meet established standards.

Essential Job Functions
- Implements current entrance screening process.
- Participates as a member of a supportive and collaborative team.
- Follows current personal protective equipment protocols.
- Ensures the highest level of customer service in all interactions.
- Communicates concerns and/or issues that arise in a timely manner to the appropriate person.
- Implement Valet Service for patients and visitors in an effort to provide a superior experience.
- Evaluate ambulation needs of patients and visitors and offer assistance with assigned scope, securing additional assistance from other appropriate CCHS staff as necessary.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
