This Is a Sales Position:
Fitness Managers are given specific, measurable monthly sales and performance goals and are expected to consistently achieve them.

Success requires someone who is comfortable making a high volume of calls, following up repeatedly, approaching members, discussing money, overcoming objections, asking for the sale and closing business.

If you're uncomfortable approaching people, asking for business or being held accountable to monthly numbers, this is not the right position for you.

If you're competitive, outgoing, persuasive and motivated by turning conversations into results, there is significant opportunity to earn and grow at URGE.

Your Effort Drives Your Income:
You get out what you put in.

URGE provides the brand, the members, the leads, the systems and the opportunity. What you do with that opportunity is up to you.

The more proactive you are—building relationships, making calls, following up, approaching members, creating opportunities, servicing clients and generating sales—the greater your potential to earn.

This is a performance-driven environment. Individual achievement is rewarded through commissions, bonuses and additional earning opportunities based on your position and performance.

We have members. We have leads. We have opportunities. We're looking for people motivated to go after them.

If you're competitive, money-motivated and willing to consistently put in the work, the opportunity is in your hands.

Your activity drives your results. Your results drive your income.

Schedule:
This is a full-time, on-site management position. Flexibility is required based on club and member demand, including evenings and either Saturday or Sunday based on club needs.

URGE FITNESS is an equal opportunity employer.
