Job Description

ATSC Field Service Representative (FSR) SUMMARYAdvanced Technology Systems Company in Gilbert, AZ is looking for an individual with experience with Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) systems that can support ATSC programs in El Paso TX region. This person will work closely with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and Program Management while reporting to the Training Manager.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Help develop Information necessary to publish Safety Manuals and Technical/ User Manuals and receive training as a field service representativeReceive training in technical areas such as electrical systems, communications, radio, cameras, IT networking, vehicles, mechanics, etcWork directly with Production TeamWork directly with program management helping where neededResolve service issues by determining the cause of the issue; selecting and explaining the best solution; expediting corrective actionsBuilds sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.Attend regular status meetings as directed to effectively communicate relevant project informationResolve and/ or escalate issues in a timely fashionCommunicate difficult/ sensitive information tactfully
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
    Associates degree in an applicable field of study2 yrs Military experience with an ISR program as either an Operator, FSR, or Instructor (Instructor or Trainer certifications preferred) may be used in leu of degreeExperience within a DOW programProficiency within Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and WordSelf-motivated individual who can work independently or as a teamConfidentiality and safeguarding company Intellectual Property (IP) are a mustAble to interface with VIP’s, personnel, international executives, and othersAble to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environmentDetail oriented with strong follow through and organizational skillsGood writing, technical, analytical, and problem-solving skillsMust be able to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance, Secret Clearance preferredValid U.S. PassportMust be willing to travel to work sites in the fieldWork is typically performed in an outdoor settingWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear and seeMust have the ability to lift 15-25 poundsMust be able to read, write and speak EnglishTravel overseas may be required
