ABOUT MAMASAN Mamasan is back - bigger, sharper and more refined than ever. Following a major renovation and a complete menu evolution, we are expanding our kitchen leadership team to fuel the next chapter of our award-winning modern Asian dining experience.

THE ROLE We are looking for experienced Sous Chefs and Chefs de Partie who want to lead, influence and be part of a kitchen that is moving forward with purpose. This is not a “hold the fort” role - this is hands-on leadership, supporting our Exec and Head Chefs to drive:

• Immaculate service execution

• A high-performance, respectful team culture

• Consistent quality across all stations

• Structured prep systems and recipe accuracy

• Menu development and innovation

• High-volume service with calm, capable control

WHAT YOU BRING

• 2-3+ years in a Sous role within premium or high-volume venues

• Strong understanding of Asian flavours or the desire to master them

• The ability to lead service & sections confidently and support junior chefs

• Excellent organisation, communication and service awareness

• A proactive approach - you see what needs doing before you’re asked

• A commitment to quality, teamwork and hospitality at the highest level
