About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dishes influenced by Mediterranean and Latin cuisines

• Design and implement seasonal, creative menus that cater to a diverse clientele

• Uphold rigorous standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control

• Manage kitchen operations including inventory, ordering, and cost control

• Develop and execute staff training programs to ensure consistency, growth, and excellence across the team
