Casual Event Team Leaders, Wait/Barstaff in Tanawha, Queensland at Good 2 Eat Catering

We’re looking for warm, professional, and reliable team leaders, wait/barstaff to join our event team on a casual basis. From beautiful hinterland weddings to stylish corporate events, every shift is different and we need people who love creating great guest experiences.

What you’ll be doing:

• Serving food and drinks at weddings, private functions, and corporate events

• Setting up and packing down event spaces

• Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service

• Providing friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests

• Following service run sheets and jumping in wherever needed

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in hospitality or events preferred

• Confident, well-presented, and great with people

• Comfortable carrying trays and working on your feet

• Must have your own reliable transport – many event locations are not accessible by public transport

• Available for mostly weekend and evening shifts

• A team player who stays calm under pressure and enjoys variety

• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is a bonus
