Sous Chef & Chef de Partie – MAMASAN BROADBEACH

ABOUT MAMASAN Mamasan is back – bigger, sharper and more refined than ever. Following a major renovation and a complete menu evolution, we are expanding our kitchen leadership team to fuel the next chapter of our award-winning modern Asian dining experience.

THE ROLE We are looking for experienced Sous Chefs & Chefs de Partie who want to lead, influence and be part of a kitchen that is moving forward with purpose. This is not a “hold the fort” role — this is hands-on leadership, supporting our Exec and Head Chefs to drive:
Immaculate service execution
A high-performance, respectful team culture
Consistent quality across all stations
Structured prep systems and recipe accuracy
Menu development and innovation
High-volume service with calm, capable control

WHAT YOU BRING
2–3+ years in a Sous or CDP role within premium or high-volume venues
Strong understanding of Asian flavours or the desire to master them
The ability to lead service & sections confidently and support junior chefs
Excellent organisation, communication and service awareness
A proactive approach — you see what needs doing before you’re asked
A commitment to quality, teamwork and hospitality at the highest level
