We are seeking exceptional individuals for roles across all levels, including:
Chefs de Partie
Senior Sous Chefs
Junior Sous Chefs
Prep Cooks
Senior Sous Chef
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily kitchen operations
Ensure all food sending to the guests meets quality and presentation standards
Control stock levels, ordering, and monitor food cost efficiency
Supervise and develop kitchen team members through structured training and mentoring
Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in a leadership role within a commercial kitchen
Chef de Partie
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee assigned section, ensuring consistency and accuracy in preparation
Maintain mise en place and readiness for every service period
Adhere strictly to hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP)
Support the team through efficient communication and accountability
Requirements: Minimum 4 years of hands-on kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment
Commis Chef
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily preparation tasks as instructed by senior chefs
Maintain a clean, well-organised, and safe workstation at all times
Follow recipes and plating instructions with precision
Comply with all hygiene and safety standards without exception
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience; basic technical knowledge required
Prep Cook
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily preparation tasks as instructed by senior chefs
Coordinate excellent quality throughout all food offerings
Follow recipes and plating instructions with precision
Comply with all hygiene and safety standards without exception
Requirements: Commercial cookery qualification, Kitchen experience; basic technical knowledge required

Experience in Asian cuisine is a bonus, but not essential. Attention to detail, the ability to perform under pressure.
