Job Description
Three Blue Ducks Byron Bay is set on The Farm - an 80-acre working farm just outside town, home to macadamia orchards, gardens and a busy, produce-driven restaurant. It’s a high-volume venue with a strong focus on seasonal produce, sustainability and genuine hospitality.
We’re looking for experienced Chefs and Chef de Parties to join the kitchen team.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, professional kitchen where consistency, teamwork and respect for produce are key. You’ll be working with quality ingredients in a supportive environment that values both standards and culture.
What you’ll be doing:
Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes during service
Maintaining consistency, cleanliness and food safety standards
Working across sections and supporting the wider kitchen team
Contributing to a positive, professional kitchen culture
About you:
Experience in a quality restaurant or high-volume kitchen
Strong understanding of kitchen operations and service
Passion for seasonal, produce-led cooking
Calm, organised and reliable under pressure
A team-first attitude and strong work ethic
