THE ROLE

We are looking for a friendly and passionate Chef De Partie to join our friendly and dynamic team on a full-time basis.

As a Chef De Partie, you will play a key role in supporting our Head Chef in delivering exceptional dishes to our customers. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality salads and ensuring that all food safety and hygiene standards are met.

The ideal candidate will be creative, organised, and able to work well under pressure. You will have previous experience working in a similar role, a strong knowledge of different cooking techniques and ingredients, and a passion for creating delicious and beautiful dishes.

Key responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality salads according to recipes
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Keeping up to date with market trends and menu changes
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment

You will have:

- Experience as a chef de partie or similar role

- Skills in preparing salads and dressings

- A strong understanding of ingredient portioning and quality control

- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- A passion for food and cooking
