Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Chef to join our team! The successful candidate must excel in hand-stretching pizza dough without the use of machines and be capable of working very fast alongside other pizza chefs during busy periods. If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and love creating exceptional pizzas, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Hand-stretch pizza doughs quickly and accurately.

• Prepare and cook pizzas to perfection using fresh ingredients.

• Work efficiently with a team of pizza chefs to handle high-demand periods.

• Operate ovens and maintain cooking consistency.

• Keep a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety standards.

• Assist with prepping toppings, sauces, and other tasks as required.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pizza Chef in a fast-paced environment.

• Expertise in hand-stretching dough without machines is a must.

• Ability to work very fast and efficiently alongside other chefs.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.

• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a commitment to quality.

Availability Requirements

• Must be available to work Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 5pm to 9:30pm

• Additional shifts may be offered in the future.
