We are looking for a disciplined professional to lead a specific section of our kitchen. You will
be responsible for ensuring consistency and quality in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing mis-en-place and service for your assigned station.
Executing classic French techniques (sauces, emulsions, and butchery).
Mentoring junior chefs and maintaining high hygiene standards.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Solid experience with French dining/techniques.
Previous restaurant background preferred.
