Our Happy Camper Pizza trucks travel all over Greater Melbourne to cook at weddings, birthdays and events. The locations change every week so you'll never get bored. And you'll get to make pizza while watching the sunset!

A minimum of 5 years' experience in Neapolitan pizza creation.

• Skilled in managing a wood-fired oven or gas pizza ovens

• Demonstrated capability in overseeing pizza section operations

• Hand-stretching experience

• Dough production & Mastery, ensuring high-quality and consistency. Understanding Biga and how to have a dough more forgiving on the road vs more controlled at the restaurant.

• Creating weekly pizza specials, costing them and work seasonally.

• have a desire to share your pizza knowledge. Training the junior/senior pizzaiolos to be effective at each stage of the pizza production (dough making, rolling, hand-stretching, toppings consistency, oven, cutting, garnishing)

• Must be neat in appearance and willing to help clean up

• Drivers licence preferred

Must be available Wednesday to Sunday.
