Juanita Peaches is a casual dining restaurant specialising in burgers, fried chicken and burritos. We have a casual position available in our kitchen, working alongside our Kitchen Manager and kitchen team. If you want to cook and take pride in feeding people delicious comfort food, we want to meet you.

Juanita Peaches is Part of the Good Hustle group. We serve a tight menu that we have perfected over time and that our customers know and trust.

Good Hustle Group consists of Juanita Peaches, All Day Donuts, Taco truck and Beatbox Kitchen. It started in 2009 with the Beatbox kitchen truck, we now have six food trucks in total and they trade all over Victoria.

About the role. We are looking for a chef or cook who really enjoys fast paced services. You would be working closely with our Kitchen Manager and kitchen supervisors to run services, food preparation, maintaining high food standards and build a great working environment.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have

● Demonstrated experience as a chef or cook

● Exceptional communication and immaculate presentation

● Understanding of Food Safety and OH&S standards and compliance

● Calm and composed demeanour

● Ability to multitask, stay organised under pressure & maintain a high standard during fast paced service .

● Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team

● Demonstrate a positive attitude and genuine interest in the day to day operations

● Experience in effectively maintaining and managing setups, changeovers, closedown and handover

● Excellent attention to detail

● Ability to interact with customers

● An interest in burgers and american cuisine
