Administrative Assistant
Our firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the daily administrative aspects of CSG. This part-time role requires an individual who can efficiently handle a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment. To be successful you will need to demonstrate strong skills in the areas of organization, be detail and process oriented, and be able to complete tasks in a timely manner.
This part-time role is expected to require 20 hours of work per week with at least 2 days per week onsite at our Creve Coeur office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Filing: Maintain and organize physical and digital files to ensure easy retrieval and secure storage of documents.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, handling mail, and coordinating office activities. This also includes the procurement of office supplies, snacks and team lunches.
- Bookkeeping Assistance: Support the finance department with basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as needed to support office operations and contribute to a positive workplace environment.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Two years or more experience managing administrative aspects of an organization.
- Working knowledge of modern web browsers, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills and proficiency in business vocabulary to effectively represent the company to outside parties.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Based in St. Louis, Missouri.
