We are looking for a Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team!

About the Role

As a Demand Planner, you will develop demand forecasts based on sales, marketing, and analytical data to support further decision making. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys working with data to drive informed supply chain decisions.

Demand Forecasting & Analysis

  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, promotions, seasonality, and product lifecycle insights.
  • Monitor key demand planning KPIs (e.g. forecast accuracy, bias, service levels) and investigate variances from targets.
  • Provide scenario analysis and demand insights to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Analyze demand patterns, forecast accuracy, and forecast bias to identify risks and opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather demand inputs and align on assumptions and internal priorities
  • Support product launches, promotions, and campaigns by translating commercial plans into demand forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal team to ensure demand plans are feasible and aligned with inventory, capacity, and service objectives.
  • Communicate forecast changes, risks, and opportunities clearly to key stakeholders.

Systems & Process Improvement

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date demand planning data within ERP and planning systems.
  • Ensure data integrity across forecasting tools, reports, and dashboards.
  • Continuously improve forecasting models, processes, and assumptions to enhance accuracy and responsiveness.
  • Support the development of standardized demand planning processes and best practices.

What You’ll Need

  • 2–5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply planning, or inventory management, preferably in Retail or FMCG.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency, including Pivot Tables and data analysis techniques.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of demand planning principles, retail sales drivers, and product lifecycles.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment when working with data.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
  • Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) language skills are an asset.
  • Experience in the beauty or fashion industry is an asset.
