Job Description

In this role you will support the pursuit of new business by leveraging technology to design supply chain solutions for new operations, as well as re-engineering projects for existing operations.

•Supporting the new business development process through active participation in solution development projects

•Developing engineering designed with appropriate use of labor, technologies, systems and equipment

•Providing analytical and warehouse management systems design support on implementation projects

•Reengineering - ability to identify process improvement opportunities within existing operations, incorporates new technology (robotics) within the processes where applicable

•Supports and provides input to the strategy team in reviewing and defining solutions design strategies, by managing complex data sets and conducting statistical analysis

•Drives/supports development of new/innovative services and solutions to meet our customer's needs

Required Education and Experience

•Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent work experience, required

•3+ years experience working in Supply Chain, required

•Solutions Design experience, preferred

•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PowerBI, required

•Ability to analyze and summarize large data sets, required

•Effective verbal and written communication, required

•Team player with strong interpersonal abilities, required

•Problem solving and innovative thinking, required

•Attention to detail, required

•Ability to compare different solution options and conduct ROI analysis, required

•Quick learner to adopt new skills such as software, tools, models and processes, required
