Prime Corporate Services is seeking an experienced, licensed CPA or Tax Attorney with deep tax knowledge who is ready to move beyond the traditional compliance work and 70 hour weeks in public accounting or legal practice. This is a tax advisory client-facing role for a professional who thrives on working directly with entrepreneurs and business owners to help them keep more of what they earn.

You will serve as a Tax Strategist—consulting one-on-one with clients, identifying opportunities to minimize their tax obligations, and delivering proactive planning strategies tailored to each client’s unique business and financial situation. This role is built around direct client interaction, strategic problem-solving, and making a tangible difference in the financial lives of the people we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation & Tax Planning: Meet with entrepreneurs and business owners to assess their tax situation, identify savings opportunities, and develop customized strategies to minimize their tax liability.
• Proactive Strategy Development: Go beyond basic compliance—analyze each client’s business structure, income sources, and financial goals to recommend forward-looking tax strategies that create real, measurable savings.
• Client Education & Guidance: Help clients understand their options by clearly explaining complex tax concepts, walking them through recommended strategies, and empowering them to make informed decisions.
• Webinar Participation: Serve as a knowledgeable contributor on PRIME’s tax strategy webinars, answering customer questions and guiding participants through smart planning techniques.
• Internal Collaboration: Partner with PRIME’s product, sales, and fulfillment teams to ensure tax strategy recommendations are aligned with the company’s broader service offerings and client needs.
• Ongoing Client Support: Maintain relationships with clients throughout the year, adapting strategies as tax laws change and as clients’ businesses evolve.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Active CPA license or Juris Doctor with tax law focus (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field (required)
• 5+ years of experience in tax planning, tax strategy, or related advisory work
• Proven ability to interpret and apply complex tax laws in a client-facing context
• Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical tax concepts into clear, actionable advice for business owners
• Passionate about helping clients proactively reduce their tax burden and improve financial outcomes
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Experience consulting directly with small business owners or entrepreneurs is a strong plus
