Position Overview

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Coordinator to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to multitask effectively in a medical-legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

Filing and document organizationAnswering and directing incoming callsMaking confirmation calls to claimants and/or attorneysMailing, faxing, and uploading medical records for scheduled appointmentsMailing completed reports to relevant partiesScanning files and ensuring proper digital documentationScheduling depositions, trials, and physician appointmentsData entry and database maintenanceConducting follow-up calls regarding physician appointment attendance (Show/No-Show)Reviewing and organizing medical records for case preparationVarious projects as needed

Required Qualifications

1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a medical office or similar healthcare environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with discretionProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
