Job Summary:

Ice Miller, LLP is seeking an experienced HUD loan and real estate transaction paralegal to join our team. The paralegal must have subject matter experience as further explained below, and must be capable of working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment with time-sensitive materials, and maintain strict confidentiality due to the nature of the position. It is anticipated that HUD loan work will be the majority of what this paralegal works on, with traditional real estate transaction management duties comprising the remaining workload. ***This position requires previous HUD 232 experience.***

***Salary in the range of $80,000 - $120,000 dependent on location and experience level***

Essential Job Duties:

Minimum Requirements:

▪Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate a plus

▪Understanding of HUD loans and the process involved as well as experience are required

▪Understanding of real estate terminology

▪Understanding of and experience with real estate transaction management

▪Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail required

▪Demonstrated commitment delivering quality legal services

▪Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate multiple projects

simultaneously

▪Exhibits resourcefulness and flexibility

▪Demonstrates analytical and critical thinking skills

▪Ability to take initiative and complete tasks

▪Must be able to perform all essential job duties

Equipment Operated:
