Salary Range: $55,000-$70,000 based on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Drafting detailed medical chronology, authorizations, and requests for records
- Reviewing claim file/discovery for identifying medical providers
- Identifying and contacting experts for Records reviews and IMEs
- Preparing records for production for hearings, IMEs, Records Reviews, EEOC filings
- F/U calls on medical records requests
- Downloading, organizing, bates stamping medical records and updating provider logs
- F/U with counsel on production of records/executed authorizations, etc.
- Additional task assigned by reporting partners
- Two-five years of general civil litigation experience
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High degree of attention to detail
- Working knowledge of the laws and rules applicable to civil litigation required
- Experience working with records, including medical record acquisition and preparation of appropriate summaries and expense itemizations.
