Join the Legal Department at Sentry BioPharma Services, Inc., a leading organization dedicated to advancing biopharmaceutical services. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to support our legal, corporate, and regulatory functions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team committed to compliance, innovation, and excellence in the biopharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing a variety of legal documents including commercial agreements, amendments, statements of work, confidentiality agreements, and vendor contracts.
  • Support the management of Sentry’s trademark portfolio, including file maintenance and coordination with external counsel.
  • Manage and support the company’s state licensing program by maintaining license calendars, preparing renewal documentation, and coordinating renewal processes.
  • Provide general legal, litigation, corporate, and compliance support related to all company activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and outside counsel to ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all business operations.
  • Maintain organized records of legal documents and correspondence to ensure accessibility and compliance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification from an accredited institution.
  • 3 plus years' experience as a paralegal, preferably within a corporate, regulatory, or life sciences environment.
  • Experience supporting commercial contracting, compliance, or legal operations matters preferred.
  • Strong understanding of commercial contracts, intellectual property management, and licensing processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools, document management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
