Job Description:

• We are looking for a detail-oriented SVOR Review Coordinator to support the Indiana Sex and Violent Offender Registry.
• The candidate will review criminal and court records, analyze legal documents, maintain registry databases, and communicate registration determinations to local law enforcement agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review criminal records, court orders, sentencing records, and legal documents.
• Interpret criminal statutes, administrative codes, and legal policies.
• Collect and verify documentation from various jurisdictions.
• Maintain accurate records in state and federal registry systems.
• Prepare case reviews and registration determinations.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies regarding review outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience.
• Ability to understand and interpret legal documents and criminal statutes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Paralegal certification or degree.
• Experience with criminal records management.
• Knowledge of Westlaw, INcite, Doxpop, LexisNexis, or PACER.
• Experience working with court records or law enforcement agencies.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
