HR Strategy, Compliance & Employee Relations

• Advise managers and employees on HR policies and workplace concerns
• Lead or support investigations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans

• Maintain the employee handbook, policies, and SOPs
• Support performance management cycles and benefits administration, including open enrollment
• Track HR metrics such as turnover, time-to-fill, and engagement
• Mentor HR Coordinators and junior team members

Process Documentation & HR Projects

• Manage relationships with landlords, building management, and vendors (janitorial, maintenance, security, HVAC)
• Order and manage supplies, equipment, and vendor accounts
• Plan workstation setup and seating for new hires with IT
• Oversee safety and emergency preparedness, including fire drills and first aid supplies
• Handle mail, deliveries, badge/key access, and occasional front-desk coverage
• Plan company events and employee appreciation activities
• Track the facilities budget and review invoices

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with HRIS/ATS platforms and experience writing clear process documentation
