Summary Objective

The Onboarding Supervisor will be responsible for creating a positive and seamless experience for new hires. This role ensures that employees are well-integrated into Stellar Energy’s culture, operations, and safety practices from day one. Partnering closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Manufacturing Leadership, and Training teams, the Onboarding Supervisor will coordinate all pre-boarding and onboarding activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while supporting employee engagement and retention.

Work Location

This position will be out of our Manufacturing Facility in Jacksonville, FL. Required travel to the corporate office as needed.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
