As our HR Coordinator, you’ll be a critical partner to both HR and Talent Acquisition, helping ensure everything runs smoothly — from welcoming new hires to keeping our HR operations organized and responsive.

• Own onboarding logistics, including HR orientation, system entry, and new hire setup
• Manage onboarding schedules and ensure a seamless first-day experience
• Support employee recognition programs and engagement initiatives

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems (HRIS)
• Support offboarding processes, including exit workflows and system updates
• Monitor and respond to the HR inbox, ensuring timely and helpful communication
• Run reports, analyze data, and support HR projects across the team
• Maintain HR SharePoint/intranet sites and internal resources

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 1–3 years of internship or professional experience in Human Resources, or professional experience providing administrative support
• Experience with HR systems (UKG/UltiPro preferred) is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

• If you’re near one of our offices (Arlington, VA; Silver Spring, MD; or Novi, MI), you’ll join us in person one day every other month (6 times per year) for a fun, purpose-driven Collaboration Day. These days are filled with creative energy, meaningful connection, and team brainstorming.
• Non-local employees will join these days virtually and may be asked to join us occasionally in-person.
