Summary:
The Facility Care Taker ensures the store’s cleanliness and operational safety is maintained on a consistent basis, throughout each day, during business hours and after closing. The Facility Care Taker will ensure the store is free of common safety hazards such as wet floors, trip stacks, cardboard and debris from deliveries, and report any potential safety hazards to the Manager On Duty. The position is also responsible for cleanliness and eliminating and/or reporting safety on the exterior of the store, including the tent and parking lot. The Facility Care Taker will monitor customer parking and report any vehicles that do not observe our posted parking lot policies. This position is also expected to obtain extensive knowledge of Natural Foods and some basic knowledge of Nutritional Supplements including vitamins, herbs, amino acids, sports nutrition, food supplements, and health and beauty aids in order to assist our valued customers when needed.
