Who We’re Looking For
We are currently seeking experienced and licensed Home Health Aides (HHAs) who are passionate about providing exceptional care. Ideal candidates will have a background in managing patients with severe dementia, mobility limitations, and other complex care needs. Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care needs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide mobility support such as transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and monitoring nutritional intake.
Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and kitchen maintenance.
Provide medication reminders in accordance with care plans.
Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.
Observe and report any changes in client condition to supervising staff.
Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance client well-being.

Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Current TB test result
Active HHA or CNA certification (Indiana)
Proven experience in a professional caregiving role (not limited to family care)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow care plans accurately and work independently
Compassionate, dependable, and client-centered

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in home health, hospice, or assisted living
CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred but not required)
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and perform physical caregiving tasks
