Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to clients with dementia and mobility limitations
Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, toileting, and meal preparation
Perform safe transfers and use mobility equipment properly
Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions to the Agency Director promptly
Educate clients and families on home safety and self-care best practices
Provide emotional support and maintain a respectful, patient-centered approach at all times

Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience
Current CNA or HHA license (as applicable in Indiana)
Active TB test result (negative)
Valid CPR certification
Demonstrated experience with dementia care and mobility-impaired clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Physical and emotional stamina to meet the demands of caregiving
Strong commitment to maintaining the dignity, privacy, and safety of all clients
