About This Position

Position Overview
Direct Care Staff (DCS) provide support for our clients in residential treatment by assisting with the essential daily operations of the facility. Direct Care Staff work alongside the clinical treatment team to administer medications, prepare meals, provide housekeeping and assist with transportation for our clients. DCS are vital as role-models for our clients by showing a strong work ethic and positive attitude in the working environment.

Our Restoration Treatment programs provide mental health services for adults with psychiatric needs. We offer a continuum of care to guide our clients along their journey to psychiatric recovery and stability by providing a variety of therapeutic treatments aimed to meet their individual goals. We strive to create an environment where healing and restoration can occur for all individuals.

To offer the highest quality of compassionate mental health care to our clients and community through an array of individualized services aimed at the restoration and mental well-being of each person.

Qualifications
  • At least 18 years old (Required)
  • Valid Oregon driver’s license (Required)
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check (Required)
  • Mental health, addictions, caregiving and/or medication administration experience (Preferred)
Salary: $18.00 Per Hour, $2.00 differential for NOC and weekends
Shift Schedule: Thursday and Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM
Part Time: 20 hours guaranteed, with the option to pick up additional shifts

  • Beaverton, Oregon: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
