What we're looking for:

CPA Certification
4+ years of combined public accounting and in-house experience (preferably Big 4 plus fintech/crypto/financial services).
Proven ability to manage month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting processes.
Experience with blockchain explorers, wallet management tools, or digital assets accounting platforms.
Familiarity with financial regulatory reporting frameworks.
Prior experience in a high-growth or early-stage startup environment.
