FG Products, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Accounts Receivable / Administrative Clerk. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team, with a strong focus on managing accounts receivable and supporting financial operations.

Position Overview
The Accounts Receivable / Administrative Clerk will play a key role in managing the company’s receivables process, ensuring timely invoicing, accurate recordkeeping, and effective follow-up on outstanding balances. This position also provides general administrative support to the office.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable Focus:
• Process and record accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, cash applications, and payment posting
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collections and proactively follow up on outstanding balances
• Communicate with customers regarding account status, payment discrepancies, and billing questions
• Reconcile customer accounts and assist in resolving discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date AR records and documentation

Administrative Support:
• Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and correspondence
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist customers as needed
• Greet and direct visitors
• Monitor office supply inventory and order as needed
• Coordinate service calls for office equipment
• Assist with planning company events such as holiday parties, summer picnics, and retirement celebrations
• Support additional accounting and office tasks as assigned

Qualifications
• Previous accounts receivable experience preferred (collections, invoicing, or cash application a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and recordkeeping
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in customer interactions regarding payments
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma required; related experience or coursework in accounting/finance preferred
