- Meet with clients through Zoom and phone appointments to understand their needs and provide professional guidance regarding benefits and coverage options.
- Respond to client questions, resolve concerns, and deliver solutions-focused support throughout the customer relationship.
- Assist clients with enrollment, policy updates, and ongoing service requirements while maintaining accurate and professional communication.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent, responsive service.
- Lead by example by maintaining high standards of professionalism, accountability, client care, and service quality.
- Coach, support, and encourage team members while contributing to a positive and collaborative remote working environment.
- Participate in leadership development, mentorship, coaching, and professional training initiatives.

- At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be physically located within the United States.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive and professional client experiences.

- Self-motivated, accountable, organized, and capable of managing priorities independently in a remote environment.

- Previous experience in customer service, client relations, sales, retail, healthcare, hospitality, call center operations, business management, or team leadership is beneficial.
- Prior leadership experience is helpful but not required; coachability, work ethic, and commitment to professional growth are highly valued.
