You’ll interact with clients virtually, support enrollment activities, and ensure a smooth and professional experience.
No prior insurance experience is required, with structured training, coaching, and mentorship provided.

- Connect with clients virtually through Zoom and other online platforms to provide responsive, professional member support.
- Answer questions about available benefits, services, and coverage options, explaining information clearly and accurately.
- Guide clients through enrollment processes, applications, and required documentation.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships through attentive communication, professionalism, and personalized service.
- Maintain accurate client records and complete timely follow-up communications.
- Resolve member concerns efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
- Collaborate with remote teammates to ensure consistent, seamless support throughout the client journey.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development programs to strengthen customer service and communication capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and build rapport with a diverse range of clients.

- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have access to a computer or laptop, reliable high-speed internet, webcam and microphone capabilities, and a quiet, professional workspace.
