This role serves as a key operational link between an innovative beverage portfolio and its network of contract manufacturing partners.
You will help ensure production across bottles, cans, shot bottles, and multipack formats is executed safely, efficiently, and according to plan.
Working closely with plant leadership and production teams, you will monitor manufacturing activities and identify risks before they affect supply.
The position combines hands-on production-floor engagement with ERP, inventory, documentation, and operational coordination.
You will collaborate across Supply Chain, Quality, Innovation, Logistics, and Finance to resolve issues and support successful product launches and scale-ups.
With approximately 60%+ travel, you will spend significant time at manufacturing facilities, building trusted relationships and improving execution.

• Serve as the operational representative across a network of contract manufacturing partners, supporting day-to-day production and maintaining strong relationships with production, quality, and plant leadership.
• Monitor manufacturing activities on production floors, including bottling, canning, shot-bottle, and multipack/Snap Pack operations, to assess execution, identify risks, and support launches and scale-ups.
• Verify production readiness through inventory spot checks, manufacturing documentation reviews, ERP accuracy checks, and coordination with manufacturing partners.
• Process production work orders, purchase orders, inventory transactions, and manufacturing records using ERP or production management systems.
• Investigate operational and quality issues, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, and develop practical solutions that protect production, quality, and supply.
• Act as the communication bridge between contract manufacturers and internal Supply Chain, Quality, Innovation, Logistics, and Finance teams.
• Support product launches, production initiatives, operational improvements, and continuous improvement projects across multiple manufacturing locations and packaging formats.
• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing performance, communication, inventory accuracy, and partner execution.
• Develop a detailed understanding of each manufacturing partner's capabilities, constraints, processes, and opportunities to strengthen long-term operational performance.
• Travel approximately 60% or more to manufacturing facilities, with increased travel possible during launches and key initiatives.

• Must be at least 21 years old at the time of application and reside in the United States.
• 2+ years of experience in beverage, food, consumer packaged goods, or another manufacturing environment, including experience supporting contract or external manufacturing operations.
• Experience with ERP or production management systems, including work orders, inventory transactions, and manufacturing documentation; experience with Ekos is preferred.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing operations and inventory management, including how production decisions influence cost, quality, supply, and operational performance.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with production teams, quality professionals, plant leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 60%+ of the time to support manufacturing partners, with potentially higher travel requirements during launches and strategic initiatives.
• Experience with THC, hemp-derived, cannabis, alcoholic beverage, or other regulated beverage manufacturing is a plus.
• Familiarity with multiple packaging formats such as bottling, canning, shot bottles, and multipack assembly is advantageous.
• Experience supporting product launches, production scale-ups, continuous improvement initiatives, Lean Manufacturing, KPI tracking, or root-cause analysis is preferred.
• Experience working directly with contract manufacturers or external production partners is highly valuable.
• Naturally curious and eager to learn new processes, ask questions, identify opportunities, and continuously improve operational practices.

• Annual compensation of $75,000–$85,000, with the final offer determined by experience, skills, location, and overall expertise.
