• Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair
• Perform extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the cause(s) of customers’ concerns and provide accurate repair recommendations
• Mentor and coach less experienced automotive technicians/mechanics
• Assist fellow technicians to become efficient and effective
• Keep workspace clean and safe to ensure safety and equipment longevity

• MO State Safety Inspection License
• Automotive Technician/Mechanic experience – amount depends on position for which applying
• Ability to diagnose and repair with little to no oversight and 100% accuracy in repair on the first time
• ASE certification desirable
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to operate all auto repair tools skillfully, including current diagnostic tools and equipment
