The Network Operations Lead will oversee strategic operational initiatives designed to improve processes, governance, and organizational effectiveness while partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
- Lead initiatives to standardize workflows, operating procedures, documentation, and best practices across Network Operations.
- Evaluate operational and provider-related challenges, identify root causes, and recommend scalable process improvements.
- Develop executive-level presentations, status reports, process maps, decision documents, and communication materials.
- Support future technology, system, and operating model initiatives by documenting current-state processes, dependencies, and transition plans.
- Design and enhance governance frameworks, standard operating procedures, intake processes, escalation pathways, and performance tracking mechanisms.
- Manage strategic workplans, monitor milestones, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and working sessions to align stakeholders, clarify ownership, document decisions, and drive accountability.
- Partner with leadership to improve operational consistency, organizational readiness, and long-term scalability.
The ideal candidate is a strategic operations professional with extensive experience leading process improvement initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and communicating effectively with executive stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, business transformation, consulting, or process improvement.
- Minimum of 5 years of strategic operations experience translating business priorities into structured workplans and execution strategies.
- At least 3 years of experience preparing executive-level communications, presentations, and reporting.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading process improvement and operational optimization initiatives.
- At least 2 years of experience providing cross-functional leadership and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience solving complex operational problems through analytical and data-driven approaches.
- Strong organizational, project management, facilitation, and documentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage executive audiences.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience within healthcare operations is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with occasional business travel and maintain a secure, dedicated home workspace.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $94,900 to $130,500, based on experience, qualifications, and location.
