  • Translate complex datasets into clear recommendations and business narratives for leadership decision-making.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and collaborative revenue operations professional with experience managing data-driven processes in B2B or SaaS environments. This individual should be comfortable working across teams, building reporting frameworks, and turning business information into actionable strategies.

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related analytical role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Advanced experience with HubSpot, including custom reporting, workflow automation, deal pipeline management, and property configuration.
  • Strong Power BI expertise, including DAX, data modeling, dashboards, reporting, and business intelligence applications.
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience developing models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
  • Experience managing revenue forecasting, retention metrics, renewals, and expansion strategies.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks, opportunities, and process improvements.
  • Experience collaborating across Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, and leadership teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the United States without restrictions or expiration.
