The Director, AI and Technology Enablement will lead initiatives that transform how a relationship-driven professional services organization uses systems, workflows, and emerging technologies.
This role sits at the intersection of business operations, technology strategy, and AI adoption, helping teams work more efficiently and effectively.
The position will focus on improving CRM capabilities, building AI-enabled workflows, and strengthening data and process infrastructure.
You will partner with senior business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors to translate business needs into practical solutions.

Accountabilities:

The Director, AI and Technology Enablement will oversee the execution of technology and AI initiatives that improve business operations, collaboration, and decision-making. This role requires a strong ability to connect strategy with implementation while ensuring solutions are practical, user-friendly, and aligned with business priorities.

  • Translate business objectives into clear technology requirements, workflows, implementation plans, and user needs.
  • Partner with leadership, internal teams, IT resources, and external vendors to deliver technology-enabled initiatives.
  • Support CRM enhancements, including workflow optimization, reporting improvements, data capture processes, and user experience enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities for AI adoption across business development, knowledge management, reporting, and client-service workflows.
  • Develop practical AI-enabled solutions by defining use cases, workflows, testing approaches, and adoption strategies.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships by managing requirements, timelines, testing processes, feedback cycles, and implementation follow-through.
  • Create training materials, user documentation, and adoption resources to support successful rollout of new tools and processes.
  • Gather user feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and continuously enhance systems and workflows.
  • Improve data quality, reporting capabilities, and operational processes by connecting systems, workflows, and business needs.
  • Manage multiple priorities while tracking dependencies, decisions, risks, and progress across technology initiatives.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in business systems, technology enablement, operations, or related fields, with the ability to bridge business teams and technical partners. Success requires strong project management, communication skills, and a practical approach to implementing technology solutions.

  • 8–10 years of experience in business systems, technology enablement, revenue operations, CRM operations, AI workflow enablement, consulting operations, or related areas.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
  • Proven experience working with Salesforce, including workflow improvements, reporting, adoption support, and business requirements gathering.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into actionable technical requirements.
  • Experience supporting technology implementations, system enhancements, user testing, training, and adoption initiatives.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools, automation, knowledge management systems, and workflow optimization technologies.
  • Experience within professional services, consulting, executive advisory, or another relationship-focused environment required.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong judgment around usability, confidentiality, adoption, and business impact.
  • Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust across leadership teams, users, vendors, and technical partners.
  • Comfortable operating in evolving environments and creating structure where processes are not fully defined.
