- Manage CRM optimization, workflow automation, AI-enabled operational improvements, reporting capabilities, and data quality to improve efficiency and business insights.

- 6–8+ years of progressive experience in commercial operations, customer success, business operations, or operational leadership, preferably within high-growth startup environments.
- Proven success building scalable operational infrastructure, playbooks, and processes from early-stage growth through expansion.
- Healthcare, health technology, life sciences, or other regulated industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong background leading cross-functional initiatives involving sales, marketing, customer success, product, engineering, and clinical teams.
- Experience managing CRM platforms, pipeline operations, customer lifecycle processes, KPI development, reporting, and operational analytics.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple complex initiatives and competing priorities.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data, automation, reporting tools, and AI technologies to improve business performance.

- Familiarity with healthcare compliance, EMR systems, reimbursement processes, remote patient monitoring, or telehealth solutions is considered an advantage.
- Passion for innovation, operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Competitive salary with equity through a stock options program.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with strong employer contributions.
- Unlimited paid time off and paid sick leave.
- 401(k) retirement savings plan.
- Generous parental leave for both maternity and paternity.
- Full reimbursement for approved professional development opportunities, including conferences, courses, and books.
- Fully remote position within the United States.
- Opportunity to work alongside experienced healthcare, technology, and commercial leaders.
- Collaborative, mission-driven culture focused on innovation, learning, and professional growth.
