You will work closely with clients to implement, configure, and optimize environmental management systems that support better decision-making.
Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide customers through successful deployments, training, testing, and adoption of technology solutions.

As an Implementation Consultant, you will support clients throughout the implementation lifecycle by configuring solutions, providing guidance, and ensuring successful adoption of environmental management technology. You will serve as a key connection point between customers and internal teams, helping deliver projects on time and with a strong focus on service excellence.
- Lead and support software implementation projects following established methodologies and best practices.
- Configure environmental management system solutions based on client requirements.
- Deliver client training sessions, support testing activities, and document project progress.
- Act as a primary liaison between clients and internal project teams.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Implementation Consultants, and Technical Consultants to ensure successful delivery.
- Partner with internal departments including Sales, Customer Success, Support, Engineering, and Product teams.
- Assist with project planning, timeline management, and identification of potential delivery risks.
- Support clients in understanding how environmental, health, safety, and quality solutions can improve their operations.
- Build trusted relationships with customers through professionalism, responsiveness, and strong communication.
- Maintain accurate project records, timesheets, and resource tracking.
- Achieve expected project utilization targets while delivering high-quality consulting services.
- Stay current on product features and industry practices to provide effective client guidance.
The ideal candidate has a combination of environmental knowledge, technology interest, and client-facing experience. You should be comfortable working independently and collaboratively while managing implementation activities in a dynamic consulting environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in environmental management, sustainability, technology implementation, consulting, or a related area.
- Experience supporting software implementations or client-facing technology projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of environmental, health, safety, or quality management processes.
- Professional designation such as REM or EI is an asset.
- Strong understanding of how organizations use environmental management systems to improve operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and project coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
- Professional approach with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bilingualism is considered an asset.
