Pay for candidate with no experience: starting at $16/hour.

Pay for experienced candidate: starting at $18/hour.

Responsibilities:

• Review, cost, and finalize vehicle deals accurately and timely
• Reconcile deals to supporting documentation and funding schedules
• Monitor CIT (Contracts in Transit) and assist with follow-up on outstanding funding
• Post accounting transactions and journal entries as needed
• Reconcile general ledger schedules to assist with month-end closing
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer requirements, and internal controls
• Collaborate with Sales, F&I, and Management to resolve discrepancies
• Support audit preparation and financial reporting processes

Qualifications

• Previous accounting/dealership experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Highly organized with eagerness to improve
• Willingness to take initiative
• Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
• Work with all levels of employees
