We are looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to join our Supply Chain team!
About the Role
As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will support the day-to-day execution of purchasing, inventory, and logistics operations to ensure the efficient flow of goods across the supply chain. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Purchasing & Order Management
- Create andmaintainpurchase orders, transfer orders, and sales orders in the ERP system.
- Monitor supplier orders and coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams to ensuretimelydelivery.
- Prepare shipping documents and support inbound and outboundlogisticsactivities.
Inventory & Supply Chain Operations
- Maintainaccurateproduct, supplier, pricing, and inventory data in the ERP system.
- Monitor inventory levels, support replenishment activities, andassistwith inventory reconciliations.
- Track shipments, resolve delivery discrepancies, and support new product launches.
- Collaborate withcrossfunctional teamsto support daily supply chain activities.
- Identifyprocess improvement opportunities and perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need
- Diploma orBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, orrelatedfield.
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain,purchasing, inventory, orlogisticsadministration.
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communicationand cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in Retail, Beauty, Fashion, or FMCG is an asset.
- Mandarin/Chinese language skills are an asset.
